We are happy and proud that PT Widya Presisi Solusi (WPS) received the ISO 27001:2022 version certificate from Ms. Nolia Natalia, Country Manager of the British Standards Institution (BSI), on 17 March 2025. This ISO 27001:2022 version is more comprehensive than the ISO 27001:2013 version because the scopes are information security, cybersecurity, and data privacy protection. BSI re-certified WPS with the ISO 27001 2022 versions in November 2024. The implementation is one year ahead of the deadline for implementation of ISO 27001:2022 because we are very conce ed with information security, cybersecurity, and data privacy protection for our client's data.

Calculate the PPh 21 tax allowance in mixed policy between gross and net with the new PP 58 2023 and PMK 168 2023.
The tax office provided a calculator for calculating PPh21 for pure net and gross policy. However, in business, HR policies are commonly more complex than just pure net and pure gross because gross salaries will make it easy to budget employee costs. However, another new tax regulation also requires benefits such as medical to become taxable income for the employees, and most companies provide tax allowance for this kind of benefit to avoid dropping employees' income because of additional tax.

Are you sure that your Software/vendor calculates tax correctly?
In this challenging month which health is the most important thing and we should work from home 100%, we are glad that our client who moved to another company have trusted us. He changed from one of the most prominent payroll outsourcing to us. The previous vendor cannot provide responsive service to him, as we did in his last company such as consultancy and discussion related to PPh21 with the questions from employees and get salary slip automatically through email. After we processed data from January to June 2021 in our software, myquantumhr, we are surprised that if we simulated the salary to July, myquantumhr calculated a tax overpayment to some of employees. We check in detail by taking one employee as an example which will get a tax overpayment of about 182 thousand in July. The tax overpayment will be good news for the employee. Still, we are cautious about accepting this calculation because it may be incomplete data that can make this different. After we conducted further analysis, the employee got a net bonus on February 2021. However, the previous vendor did not consistently calculate tax of the net bonus, so there were overtax deductions of about 1,3 million from that bonus deducted through salary payment. Because the employee also got a salary adjustment of 1,1 million that month, the employee did not realize the tax deduction. Besides inconsistency of tax bonus calculation, the tax of that employee has been moved from 5% to 15%, so that the client should pay an additional tax of Rp 2,4 million for tax allowance. Can you imagine, if there is a tax audit, there is a possible fine risk because of late tax payment? After discussing the client's management, our client has accepted and understood the discrepancy tax calculation of the net bonus. The client also agreed to pay an additional tax allowance and retu the overpayment tax to employees. You may imagine that although you have used a payroll outsourcing vendor, your payroll outsourcing vendor cannot calculate tax correctly and consistently. As a payroll outsourcing and a developer of myquantumhr, our principle is calculating tax precisely, not more and not less. Myquantumhr can be flexible and consistent to follow company policy and meet the tax regulation. In this case, the company should pay the entire tax allowance without burdening the employee with the correct amount to avoid a potential fine. If you are HR and you got the employee protesting the PPh21 deduction, you may consult with us freely to know the difference or trial myquantumhr without obligation, and we can analyze freely to ensure that the calculation is correct through email to imarketing@myquantumhr.com. ISO 9001 Re certification and ISO 27001 surveilance
Because we have implemented ISO 9001 for three years, on 2 and 3 November 2020, the certification body, BSI has conducted recertification of ISO 9001. At the same time, BSI conducted a surveillance Audit for ISO 27001. As we have embedded quality management systems and information security systems in our daily policy and procedures, we are glad that BSI can recommend a new ISO 9001 certificate with no finding and only two opportunities for improvement (OFI). We can implement ISO 27001 very well with only one OFI and two minor findings which are very useful for improving. In the end, we are thanks to our all clients that have trusted us and provided valuable feedback to us to keep continuously improving. We hope we can go through this new normal by keeping healthy and safe.

In this challenging situation, PT Widya Presisi Solusi worked together with University Tarumanegara Information Technology Faculty. We will accept Information Technology undergraduate students as inte s. They will be experiencing in developing MyQuantumHr (HR Systems) furthermore advances. As a first step, we conducted an Oracle training program for students. Thanks to ms. Viny Christianti M from Business Incubator and Cooperation of University Tarumanegara Information Technology Faculty to make this happened.

As a payroll consultant, in April 2020, we have helped clients to implement to calculate the gove ment bears the tax for specific industries.
